Indoor Yoga

***COVID-19 Update*** Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all indoor yoga classes have been postponed until further notice.

Candlelit Yin Yoga

This winter, Nature Space Yoga will be slowing things down by offering a weekly Yin Yoga practice. Yin differs from flow (vinyasa) in that it is a slower, more meditative inward journey. Meant to stretch the connective tissue that lines the entire body, yin yoga poses are held for upwards of 5 minutes. Participants are coached through relaxing tension in their bodies and their minds, while props and assists are used to help students achieve deep tissue release. This beautiful, restorative practice is accessible for everyone, whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi/yogini.

Classes start Wedenesday Febrary 5, 2020 and run every Wednesday night until the end of May.

  • Classes run from 7-8:15 pm
